Paragon Outdoor warrants to the original purchaser that all components and hardware in its products, under normal use and service conditions, will be free from defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of 6 years* from the date of original retail purchase subject to the definitions, terms and conditions contained in this warranty. This warranty period covers all parts including aluminum, steel, hardware and accessories. Paragon Outdoor will replace any defective part within the warranty period, at its discretion, if it is found to be defective of workmanship or materials. Paragon Outdoor may request photographs, videos, or physical return of the defective part for verification purposes. Register your Signature for an extra 1 year of coverage!

The Suprema, on the other hand, is a premium fixed-size pergola, offering strong performance and optional upgrades within standard dimensions, but without the same level of customization, integrated features, or structural enhancements found in the Signature.

What is the lead time for a Signature Pergola?
Despite being fully custom-made, the Signature has a lead time of approximately 6–10 weeks, which is faster than many comparable custom pergola manufacturers.
Is lighting included with the Signature Pergola?
Yes. The Signature includes integrated LED perimeter lighting as standard. It also offers optional LED louver lighting, which is built directly into the roof system for a more immersive lighting experience.
What type of power source does the lighting require?
The system uses low voltage power, compatible with standard outdoor power sources or your existing landscape lighting setup. (Standard 5-15 plug)
What type of footings do you suggest for installation?
We recommend installing a concrete footing measuring 18" (W) x 18" (L) x 30" (D) as the foundation. The structure’s base plates should then be securely anchored to the footing using the provided anchor bolts, following the instructions in the manual.
